A nice story for a Mini and its pilot

Phil Harris and his Mini known as « Bessie » know each other very well… They have been living together for more than 40 years!

Back in the 60s, Phil’s father was the infamous BMC factory driver Les Harris, he bought his son the car so that they could race together. And so did they for more than a decade.

Then the Mini was stored during 26 years, and in 2014 it was brought back to its former glory in order to spread fear in the British Historic Rally Championship.

After winning their category in 2017, the crew will land in Corsica for the very first time. The pilot told us : "Having done so well here in the UK over the past few seasons, I wanted to follow in his footsteps and try some prestigious European events. The Tour de Corse has a fantastic reputation, so I wanted to try it."
